Our story

After a 10-year experience in international recruitment for companies such as Timberland, Sanofi or Bouygues, our Founder, Sandrine, gives birth to her own executive search agency in France in 2010. Backed by her expertise and surrounded with specialized Researchers, she decides to focus on the construction, tourism/hospitality and fashion industries.

Talenting very soon develops exclusive partnerships with companies such as GSE and Relais & Châteaux, firmly consolidates its position in France and abroad, and starts, in 2014, to expand into the health care industry and IT.

In 2015, Sandrine joins an IT consulting company in Montpellier, to be part of a global expansion plan, where she also could continue to carry out executive search missions for her clients with her team.

Sandrine soon becomes Head of HR and Communications, managing a team dedicated to Recruitment, Career management and HR administration, as well as Communication, achieving a Digital Communication university degree in the meanwhile.

5 years later, the successful company takeover allows Sandrine to further her collaboration with other companies of the group, through Talenting, working together in the fields of HR & Communications. Hence, Talenting expands to new expertise and new businesses.
